To women's golf, Finland's Jenni Kuosa is the halfway leader at the Ladies Swiss Open following her second round 70. Kuosa lies at nine under par heading to the weekend, giving her a two shot advantage.

Frenchwoman Gwladys Nocera improved her standing after posting a second round, three-under 70. This pin-point approach to the second was one of the highlights for Nocera.

21-year-old rising star Melissa Reid of England put together a sublime, five-under 68 on Friday to move to seven under par and into a share of second.

22 year old Stacy Lee Bregman from South Africa had amazed everyone with her stunning 65 on Thursday. But on Friday she came crashing down to earth with a five-over 78.

It's Finland's Jenni Kuosa who leads the field at the halfway mark. Kuosa handled the elements on Friday to add a controlled, three-under 70 to her first-round 67. She lead the Ladies Swiss Open by two shots at nine-under.
