No. 5 The magic aster

"The magic aster" is a newly revived Chinese cartoon. It grossed two million yuan, or 300 thousand US dollars on its opening day. Basketball star Yao Ming voices a character called "Old Daddy", which adds much to the entertainment value. The magic aster is based on popular folklore and was first adapted into a TV production fifty years ago. It has entertained hundreds of millions of Chinese children since then.
