The China Annual Conference for TV Advertisement and the 32nd National Municipal TV Station Advertisement Cooperation Association were held in Nanning, Guangxi. On the conference, Chen Rongyong, Deputy Director of the Advertising Department of CCTV, spoke about the advertisement business of CCTV in 2008 and countermeasures under the current economic situation, focused on the progress of the Spring Plowing Program implemented this year and discussed strategies for the operation of TV advertisement in 2009 with persons responsible for advertisement business from more than 80 municipal TV stations. Through this conference, CCTV Advertising Department actively communicated with its colleagues, and shaped a harmonious environment for advertising management.
