Scubacraft on the water and beneath it

The distinctive yellow boat is capable of speeds of up to 50 miles per hour on water.

But with the flick of a switch it can transform into a submersible that can dive to depths of up to 30m (100ft) thanks to a specially designed trimaran hull.

The Scubacraft works by inflating or deflating buoyancy tubes  integrated in its hull, which allow it to submerge and surface  at will.

Weighing in at less than 400kg, its powerful 160hp engine ensures a zippy ride on the waves.

It is powered by a jet propulsion system, and features surface and underwater communications as well as an on-board air supply.
