Parents retrieve their kids who were abducted by fraud and eventually
rescued by Police during a reunion meeting of parents with their
abducted kids, at the Children Welfare Home, in Guiyang, southwest
China's Guizhou Province, Oct. 29, 2009. By the end of October 12,
