The restaurant owner, Mr Chan who has an Audio Shop under the name, Audio Integrate ( Buy & Sell used audiophiles' equipment ) has lots of Muslims clients & friends. They loved Chinese Dishes.

One fine day, when he was dining at a reputable Restaurant in Kuala Lumpur, he came to know the main chef had left and temporary helping a friend in Subang Jaya. After meeting him with some serious discussion, a partnership was forged and AI Kopitiam was conceived. The initial AI is actually derived from Audio Integrate.

The restaurant serves fresh chicken supplied by a Muslim friend, En Aris 019-2303641. And with No Pork, No Beef and No Beer, not only Muslims can patronize but Indians families can be seen enjoying sumptuous meals here. The Chinese too, likes the food very much even though it is "Pork Free".

There was once a group of regular Chinese patrons who wondered why there were Muslims dining here, unaware that the ingredients in AI Kopitiam are made of only Seafood and Chicken meat. Upon knowing it, they commented that the taste and aroma were so fantastic. In fact, it is due to the Quality Sauce used and "Wok Hei" that contributed to these good taste in Ai Kopitiam.

The overall design and lightings are furnished by a designer graduated from Canada to achieve best ambience. Cool atmosphere in AI Kopitiam at non smoking area makes you feel so comfortable and relaxed during hot weather on a sunny day.

If you missed the usual lunch hours, do not worry as AI Kopitiam open from 11.30am till 10.30 pm and you can still enjoy freshly prepared food "any time" of the day at your request.
