TAICHUNG, Dec. 22 (Xinhua) -- Leaders of the Chinese mainland's Association for Relations Across the Taiwan Straits (ARATS) and Taiwan's Straits Exchange Foundation (SEF) held talks in Taichung Tuesday morning.

The talks began at 9:00 a.m. in a hotel in this Taiwan city.
