According to Forbes, famous coach and writer Harry Pasternak wrote a book and listed some countries with health food in his book recently. On the list, Japanese food ranks first, while Chinese food ranks third.
Forbes says the American version of Chinese food is not simon-pure. Two third of Chinese food is mainly made from vegetables, fruits, grain and bean, which are very healthy materials.
In addition, food of Greece, Israel, South Korea, Italy, Spain and France are well-praised in the book, and the common reason for that is most of them are rich in natural antioxidant which can prevent cancers, such as low fat food, fishes, muscle protein, vegetables, fruits and bean.
