YUSHU, Qinghai, April 16 (Xinhua) -- Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao on Friday visited people affected by Wednesday's 7.1-magnitude earthquake in the Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture of Yushu of the northwestern Qinghai Province.

"We will make all-out efforts to build a new Yushu," Wen told the quake-affected, urging them to "take care of themselves," and to "love and care for each other in the face of difficulties, as this is where our hope lies".
