China's retail prices of gasoline and diesel are predicted to be unchanged as the global crude prices are still swinging on speculation and output uncertainties. Today is the bi-weekly window for the oil pricing regulator, the National Development and Reform Commission, to set the official guidance for retail oil prices.

According to the pricing rules, China will not lower oil prices if the average price of international crude for the reference weeks was traded below 40 dollars a barrel.  The next round of retail oil price adjustments comes on April 26th.
