The State Council studied new measures for manufacturing and civil aviation during a meeting Wednesday that was led by Premier Li Keqiang. China's manufacturing sector is expected to merge with the internet in order to lift the country's factory output and quality.
Small businesses are likely to gain from policy changes and the internet will play a large role in data analysis and support. China also is expected to speed up the construction of airports in remote and congested areas to increase the transportation sector's efficiency.
The government was also expected to gradually open up low-altitude air space.
