In the English Premier League, managers from up and down the country have given their congratulations to new Champions Leicester City. The Foxes clinched the title Monday after Tottenham failed to beat Chelsea, completing a victory that had initial odds of five-thousand-to-one.

The bosses of Stoke, Crystal Palace and Swansea believe their win is good for the game and it could prove to be inspirational to those clubs without massive financial backing.

"It is an important target. A very important target for a little club, for players for Claudio for football in general because they show that you can arrive on the top with the idea, with the program, with the project and this is important for the future of football, not only for future football but for sport in the future," said Francesco Guidolin, Swansea manager.

"It's had an impact on the group below. They have shattered the glass ceiling, a glass ceiling I for one thought would probably be impossible to break with the finance that the big clubs have and they have gone and done it so it's amazing," said Alan Pardew, Crystal Palace manager.

"It's a fantastic achievement. Whether or not it is unprecedented, I don't know. Are we going to see more, possibly in inverted commas 'unfashionable' clubs getting to the top of the pile, who knows. But it's a great effort. Fantastic that they have been able to do it and done it with a couple of games to spare as well so that shows them great credit," said Mark Hughes, Stoke manager.
