Tens of thousands of people in the Democratic of Republic of Korea have taken part in a mass dance and torchlight parade. It was the second mega-event to mark the end of the Worker's Party's first congress in 36 years.
Hundreds of thousands of people, including more than 100 thousand young students, took part in the event on Tuesday at Pyongyang's Kim Il-Sung Square, following months of practice.
The ruling party's 7th congress opened last Friday. It was the first party congress since the country's top leader Kim Jong Un took power in late 2011.
