The death toll of two terrorist attacks in Yemen's southern port city of Aden has reached 49. One suicide attack targeted newly-trained soldiers in KhorMaksar district. A car bomb simultaneously exploded as recruits lined up to meet a military committee in the same district.

Security authorities also received intelligence information about a car filled with explosives prepared to launch a fresh attack in the city. The Islamic State has claimed responsibility for the bombings.
