Premier Li Keqiang said in a statement Tuesday that reducing excess capacity in China's industrial sectors remains the key task in carrying out the country's supply-side reforms.
The premier also said that China will ensure that those workers whose jobs will be affected by restructuring in the country's industrial sectors won't be left unemployed.
