Malaysian beats Jorgensen 17-21, 21-19, 21-17

Jakarta, for the final of badminton's Indonesia Open. The championship would seed second seed Lee Chong Wei of Malaysia and Jan Jorgensen of Denmark, the fifth seed. A win by the Malaysian -- would be a big boost for him ahead of the Olympics, and also see him reclaim the world number one ranking.

Five-time champion at this tournament, Lee had a 15-1 record against his Danish opponent.

The Dane looking to change that smashing his way to a first game win 21-17.

Lee fights back winning a series of tough rallies to claim the second 21-19, forcing a decider.

By the final stages of the third set, Lee is in control, and is serving for the title -- and he is able to prevail when the Dane hits it long on match point. So Lee regains his world number one ranking after having lost it in December 2014, because of a doping violation.

Chinese Taipei player upsets Wang 21-17, 21-8

In the women's singles, fourth seeded Wang Yihan of China faces the unseeded Tai Tzu Ying of Chinese Taipei.

Tai beat several top players, including third seeded Li Xuerui, fifth seed Nozomi Okuhara and sixth seed Wang Shixian -- and grabs the first game.

She prolongs her winning run to beat the former winner in two straight sets, 21-17, 21-8 in just 34 minutes.

Korea beats China 13-21, 21-13, 21-16

In the men's doubles, top seeds Lee Yong Dae and Yoo Yeon Seong of Korea face a tough challenge from fifth seeds Chai Biao and Hong Wei of China.

After losing the first game, the Korean pair come back to take the next two 21-13, 21-16 to win their first super series title of the season.
