South Korean President Park Geun-hye said her country will continue to stand with the international community to sanction and pressure the DPRK to abandon its nuclear program.
The announcement came at South Korea's 61st Memorial Day ceremony which was attended by 10 thousand war veterans and citizens. Park also said the DPRK's nuclear program detabilizes regional security and urged the country to reopen negotiations before further sanctions were implemented.
The DPRK conducted its fourth nuclear test in January which was followed by a satellite launch and missile tests.
