Trade ministers in eastern China's Ningbo city from China and 16 Central and Eastern European countries have held talks for the second time in China. The Ningbo Declaration was issued after Thursday's meeting to promote trade and economic cooperation, and to improve ties. The Chinese Minister of Commerce Gao Hucheng gave the document high praise.

"The Ningbo Declaration is an important document which can guide cooperation between China and CEE countries in various kinds of fields. Cooperation between China and CEE countries is seeing its best time in history, and it is also a period with the greatest development potential," said Gao.
