Q1. President Xi Jinping is preparing to visit central Asia and Central and Eastern Europe.  From a security point of view, why is greater connectivity within Eurasia important to regional peace?  What are the immediate threats that need to be dealt with?

Q2. President Xi Jinping will also attend the upcoming SCO summit in Uzbekistan.  Hopes are high that member states will make a major declaration at the meeting.  What can we expect?
