Start with China's president Xi Jinping's state visit to three countries that starts today. The visits come at the invitation of the heads of state from Serbia, Poland and Uzbekistan.

On the first stop of his tour, President Xi will meet Serbian president Tomislav Nikolic. Both leaders will lay the cornerstone for the Chinese cultural center in a ceremony in the Serbian capital Belgrade.

President Xi will also attend the 16th meeting of the Council of Heads of State of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization in the Uzbek capital Tashkent on June 23rd and 24th.
During the meeting, members will discuss counter-terrorism issues. This year marks the 15th anniversary of the founding of the SCO.
