Chinese experts have also spoken highly of President Xi's visits to Serbia, Poland and Uzbekistan. They said the promotion of Belt and Road initiative and economic diplomacy will be high on the president's agenda during the visits. 

"So this visit is both a diplomatic tour for strategic ties and an exploration into how to best implement the initiative. From strategic to institutional ties, this tour will help to guide and promote the Belt and Road initiative," said Prof. Wang Yiwei, Renmin Univ. of China.
