The 11th Asia-Europe Meeting is underway in Mongolia's capital, Ulan Bator. The meeting began earlier today with a moment of silence for those killed in the terrorist attack in Nice, France. Speaking at the summit, Chinese premier Li Keqiang extended condolences to the victims and condemned "terrorism in all its forms."

He also asked Eurasian nations to work together to overcome regional challenges and prevent future turmoil. Li pointed out that China's economy has grown steadily during the past six months and added that China is confident it will meet its growth goals by the end of the year. The 11th Asia-Europe Meeting -- or ASEM -- ends this Saturday.
