Q1. The Philippines has again, turned down a proposal from China to start bilateral negotiations. How is that going to affect its bilateral relationship with China?

Q2. China recently staged a number of naval drills, training exercises and combat air patrols in the South China Sea -- sending out a clear message that China is not willing to budge an inch when it comes to questions of national sovereignty. How do you think China's message is being received?
