Robots, super cars and drones are just the tip of the iceberg at the China Smarter Cities International Expo 2016 in Beijing. Organizers say the event aims to show people what urban life might look like in the future, and to offer an exchange platform for government, enterprises, research institutes and the public.
The people behind the event said there will be a huge demand for smart technology in city constructions of the future, as China's urban population is expected to reach 900 million by 2030.
