Zhang said, "I did not know this is China's first gold at these Games at the end of the competition. I am very happy and proud to see China's flag raised and to hear the national anthem."

"When I get up this morning, I was just thinking about performing well on the range."

"I was not focused on winning. During the competition, I was just thinking of doing well on my next shot attempt."

"We have a strong group, and they give us a lot of help, and that helps achieve good results."
