Street artists are taking over Rio as the 2016 Olympic Games unfold. French street artist JR has erected two giant art installations in the city. 

The installations depict a swimmer and a high jumper. A large sculpture of Sudanese high jumper, Ali Mohd Younes Idriss -- who couldn't compete in the Games because of an injury - has been placed on a building near Flamenco beach.

JR's Olympic swimmer installation has been placed in the Barra neighborhood close to the Olympic Park.

And in downtown Rio, locals and tourists are printing out poster-sized photographs from inside a truck that has been painted to look like a digital camera.
