On day 10 of the Rio Olympics, China has got one more silver, by Zhang Wenxiu in the women’s hammer throw.

The U.S. firmly holds onto first place on the gold medal table. They have gathered 10 more golds than the second placed Great Britain. China is now ranked the third, with one gold short from the British team. Russia and Italy currently take the last two seats of the top five.
