In 2022, Beijing will become the first city to host both a summer and winter Olympics. The Rio organisers learned much from the 2008 Beijing Games, and in turn the 2022 Beijing team is picking up tips from what's happening in Brazil. Tracey Holmes joined China's consul general in Rio to hear more about this reciprocity on the 42-year anniversary of ties between the nations.
