409 Chinese fugitives abroad sent home

China has sent home more than 400 fugitives from abroad so far, as part of the country's anti-corruption campaign called the 'Fox Hunt.' The Ministry of Public Security said 409 fugitives in 61 countries and regions have been brought back, with 15 of them the subject of arrest warrants from Interpol.

The ministry said 272 of the fugitives were arrested in countries where they were staying, while 137 others surrendered. The ministry vowed to track down every fugitive and to not let any criminals leave the country.
