One of Russia's leading orchestra's is coming to China for the first time ever. Formed 80 years ago by famous Russian conductor Mark Paverman, The Ural Philharmonic Orchestra is making its Chinese debut with a concert in Harbin.
The performance is part of the annual Harbin Summer Music Concert in Northeast China's Heilongjiang Province. Each year, locals are treated to a feast of world-caliber musical performances over the course of ten days. The Ural Philharmonic Orchestra was founded in 1936. It is considered one of the best symphony orchestras in Russia.
