Iraqi police have apprehended another would-be child bomber. The arrest was caught on camera by Kurdistan 24 Television.

Police say the 15-year-old youth had planned to detonate a vest rigged with explosives at a Shia mosque in the city of Kirkuk. Police removed the device and took the boy into custody. No individual or group has claimed responsibility for planning the attack.
