The Japanese capital Tokyo is busy preparing for those Games. This will be the second time that the city will host the Games, and are counting down the four years when they will host both the Olympics and Paralympics.

About a 100 children would rearrange the pieces of the Olympic logo to create the Paralympic emblem. The concept is to accept each other's uniqueness, and to become united in our efforts to overcome obstacles.

These years Paralympics have been troubled by budget cuts, and the Rrussian squad has been banned from competing, due to their country's doping scandal. Tickets have also not been selling well. But the organizers of the next Paralympics are hoping that people will not be the case.

"We held this event so more people will know about and be interested in the Paralympics, and also so that we can achieve our goal of filling every single seat at the Paralympic stadium," said Yuriko Koike, Tokyo Governor.
