The upcoming G20 summit is one of the hot topics at the ongoing Yabuli China Entrepreneurs Forum Summer Summit in Northwest China's Xi'an. Officials and business leaders at the Yabuli gathering say they have high hopes for the G20 summit to produce agreements on innovation, investment and infrastructure construction.

"Infrastructure is a key topic of the G20 meeting in Hangzhou. It's a very important subject, and has gotten positive reactions among member nations, because the huge development of countries in Asia and China stems from infrastructure construction. China has ample experience in this. It's not just the developing nations that need infrastructure, so do the developed countries. Their technology facilities are aging, some are lagging behind and obsolete. They need to renew and improve, so it's a global issue," Jin Liqun, president of Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank, said.

"This year's G20 China proposes to make a global investment guidance. It's significant especially for Chinese companies investing in overseas markets. I think there are more or less still glass doors in developed countries against Chinese companies which hinders investments. We hope all nations can have mutually beneficial, equal, and regulated investments," Guo Guanghang, chairman of Fosun Group, said.

"I hope there is more openness in getting travel visas, and investments, because Chinese firms' competence is rather strong in some areas," Liang Jianzhang, CEO of Ctrip.com, said.
