Dwight Howard is making changes to his NBA life. The center has signing with his hometown Atlanta Hawks and has changed numbers from his usual 12 to 8 for the upcoming season. The former NBA defensive player of the year is in Beijing, looking to promote his newest kicks, as the big man unveiled his new shoes made by Chinese brand Peak.
This is Howard’s second tour of China tour. The athlete looked intently at a press conference to unveil the shoes, as he watched performance combining Tai Chi and basketball. The jovial big man then tried out his luck in the martial art.
During his tour, Howard will meet the fans in three cities—Beijing, Urumqi and Guangzhou—taking part in basketball clinics.
