BEIJING, Sept. 12 (Xinhua) -- A special envoy of Chinese President Xi Jinping will attend the Zambian president's inauguration ceremony in Lusaka on Tuesday.

Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesperson Hua Chunying said Monday that Ma Biao, vice chairman of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, will attend the inauguration ceremony of Zambian President Edgar Lungu.
