Visitors can gain more insights on the region's tourism, culture, main industries, and investments through a series of forums and exhibitions. One of the most eye-catching displays is the "Black Tent" - having a history of thousands of years.

Representing Tibetan traditional culture, the "Black Tent" is among the world's biggest, taking half a year for locals to complete.

The expo will run until Friday.
