The Syrian military has declared that the week-long US-Russia brokered ceasefire deal has failed. UN officials said a humanitarian aid convoy was hit by airstrikes on Monday. The convoy was delivering assistance for nearly 80-thousand people in the town of Uram al-Kubra, west of Aleppo.

The following footage of explosions comes from Aleppo 24, an Aleppo-based opposition media group. Initial estimates indicate that at least 18 of the 31 trucks in the convoy were hit, as well as the Red Crescent warehouse in the area. The Britain-based Syrian Observatory for Human Rights said at least 12 people were killed in the attack, mostly truck drivers and Red Crescent workers.
