One of China's most-wanted telecom and cyber fraud suspects turned himself in to authorities in southeast China's Fujian province on Wednesday. Deng Chunping gave himself up to police in Zhangping city.
China's Ministry of Public Security released a Class-A warrant for his arrest on charges of suspected money laundering and transfers in telecom fraud rings, worth up to 14 million yuan, or over 2 million US dollars.
On Tuesday, two other suspects also turned themselves in to police.
