China's global exports to different areas were diversified in the first three quarters of this year.

The EU, the United States and the ASEAN were the top three largest trade partners with China from January to September. Exports to those countries accounted for almost 47 percent of China's total exports in the nine months.

But we saw some up-and-downs. Exports to the EU increased 1.8 percent year on year, while exports to the U.S. and the ASEAN region both dropped 1.9 percent from a year ago.

During the same period, China's exports to emerging markets and countries along the One Belt One Road route kept growing.

For example, exports to Pakistan, Russia, Poland, Bangladesh and India jumped by 14.9 percent, 14 percent, 11.7 percent, 9.6 percent and 7.8 percent respectively.

The General Administration of Customs says China's private companies kept leading the run in trade.

They contributed 6.76 trillion yuan in the first nine months. That was up 4.1 percent from a year ago and accounted 38.6 percent of China's total trade volume in the same period.
