On the new credit data, China's major brokers agreed that the housing market has supported growth in new loans in September.

But housing curbs issued recently by some cities are expected to cut credits issued for housing purchases and growth will gradually flatten for the remainder of the year.

Analysts at Industrial Securities share the view. They predicts new loans growth may fall for October and November. And due to the ongoing structural reform, investment sentiment among Chinese firms is not expected to improve.

Chief Macro Economic Analyst Ren Zeping at Founder Securities says in the short term, new loans will decrease due to restrictions in the housing market. And in the long term, subdued inflation may trigger more monetary easing.
