Election season is winding down in the United States. Voters will head to the polls in just two weeks, although millions are already taking advantage of early voting in some states. The main contenders, Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton, present very different alternatives.

Two weeks before Election Day, early voting is already underway in several U.S. states. And the candidates are anxious to get every vote.

“Turn out and vote, early vote, bring your friends, your family,” Clinton said.

“Get out, get it, let’s start the voting,” Trump said.

Core supporters of Republican nominee Trump remain passionate and committed, but polling consistently shows Democratic nominee Clinton up by about five percent over Trump.

“He’s shown himself to be resonant with a certain subset of the population, but he’s having a lot of problems with the middle and independents when it comes to being presidential,” said Cliff Young, IPSOS polling organization.

Trump’s polling numbers plummeted after rough debate performances, a leaked tape showing him making crude remarks about women and a string of accusers coming forward claiming Trump groped them or made unwanted advances.

“His hand touched the right inside of my breast,” said Karena Virginia, Trump accuser.

Trump denies the allegations. He has responded to falling poll numbers by blaming the media and even claims voter fraud could give the race to Clinton.

“They even want to try to rig the election at the polling booths and, believe me, there’s a lot going on,” he said.

There is no evidence of this but it has led many to wonder what Trump will do if he loses.

“I will totally accept the results of this great and historic presidential election... if I win,” he said.

Leaked emails have revealed embarrassing details about the Clinton campaign but have not significantly hurt her support.

A newly released report shows premiums for President Obama’s signature healthcare plan, known as Obamacare, will rise significantly. Trump is jumping at the chance to link Clinton to these rising premiums. It is not clear if this will be enough to sway voters in the closing days before the election.
