Philippine president meets Japanese PM

Philippine President Rodrigo Duterte has met with Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe.Duterte told Abe the Philippines is 'open for business,' and that his country seeks Japanese investment and know-how, to build key infrastructure projects. Duterte also publicly criticized US military involvement in South East Asia, and said he wants US troops to leave the Philippines.

"In the next two years, I want my country free of foreign military troops. I want them out," said Duterte.
