South Korean prosecutors have arrested two former top presidential aides Sunday in a snowballing influence-peddling scandal. A former senior advisor to the President and a presidential aide were involved in the scandal surrounding President Park Geun-Hye's long-time friend Choi Soon-sil.
Choi has been arrested for fraud and is also accused of meddling in state affairs. Tens of thousands of people have taken to the streets since the scandal broke, demanding President Park's resignation. Park's approval ratings have hit a historic low of five percent.
