Chinese Premier Li Keqiang has met with Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev. It was the 21st regular meeting of prime ministers from the two countries.

The two leaders issued a joint announcement on nuclear cooperation and signed a communique on expanding cooperation. Li is scheduled to meet Russian President Vladimir Putin in Moscow later Tuesday. Russia is the last stop of Li's eight-day Eurasia trip.
