Musicians from China, New Zealand, and the United States participated in the seven-day event, providing six performances including the chamber music debut of the opera 'A Madman's Diary.'

"I must say that this long trip that I take..." said Lynn Harrell, musician.

"I watched some concerts and participated in some lectures, and I really learned a lot about chamber music. This year's event gathered many great musicians. I enjoyed it a lot," said an audience member.

The festival also included over 200 master classes with well-known scholars and experts.

"This is a platform for the public benefit. Our conservatory does not make a profit from it. The most important idea and purpose of this platform is actually to spread chamber music, the best form of music, to all people," said You Xi, Central Conservatory of Music.

Now in its 9th edition, the Chamber Music Festival has become a great platform to promote classical music and for music lovers and experts to communicate with each other.
