Liu Yunshan, member of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee, has met chief executive officer of Microsoft, Satya Nadella, in Beijing on Monday.

Liu said China and the United States should adopt an open, inclusive and cooperative attitude to further promote Internet security. He said safeguarding Internet security is in line with both countries' interests. He hopes Microsoft will share more technologies and talent with China to promote bilateral cooperation.

Nadella said Microsoft would work with China to develop more world-class technique standards and security products.
