China and France have agreed to deepen cooperation in finance, trade and investment at their High Level Economic and Financial Dialogue.

Chinese Vice Premier Ma Kai co-chaired the forum with French Minister of Finance Michel Sapin in Paris on Monday.

Sapin says France will continue to play an active role in facilitating a fair and transparent international trade order that complies with WTO rules.

The two sides agreed to carry out financial cooperation in bond issuance, green finance and cross-border financial regulations.
