Chilean government officials and business leaders on President Xi's state visit. 

"The two countries have signed several agreements during President Xi Jinping's visit to Chile. We think this will bring in more investments from China to Chile. And we think these funds will arrive in mid to long term. The Chinese government has given particular importance to Chile as part of the Latin America markets. We think Chinese investments to Chile will increase largely. " Chilit president Juan Musalem said.
 
" Chile needs to enhance infrastructure construction on its current path of development. We need infrastructure including roads, ports, and telecommunications. China is leading the world in infrastructure building. We think this is the direction for future cooperation between the two countries.   " said Manricio Podriguez Kogan, director of Chile Pacific Foundation.
