More than 10 Chinese companies and media organizations took part in the exhibition, showcasing excellent film and television from around the country, including documentaries, animation and variety shows.

The participants also conducted in-depth communications with their Latin American counterparts, probing opportunities for future cooperation.

The documentary series "Atlas: China Revealed" was promoted at the exhibition as well. Launched by the China International Communication Center and National Geographic Channel, the documentary series is currently available in 170 countries and has attracted over 300 million viewers.

"China Reveal is a special cooperation between our company and the National Geography Center starting from October 1st this year. Through this China United Exhibition, we hope to communicate with industry leaders, share ideas and seek collaborative opportunities," said Li Mian, Media Promotion Director, China Int'l Communication Center.

"This is the perfect opportunity for Latin American audiences to know more about China, from an all-round angle. And the films and TV showcased here are all of top quality," said Lin Ji, Minister Counselor, China's Embassy Mexico.

The China United Exhibition has been successfully mounted at over 40 international film and television festivals since 2004. This year's MIP Cancun, one of the most influential film and television festivals in Latin America, attracted over 140 institutions from 22 countries.
