A mass candle light rally will be held in the South Korean capital Seoul on Saturday to call for President Park's resignation. Around one-point-five million people are expected to participate.

Organizers planned a million-man wall surrounding the presidential Blue House. But police on Friday banned protesters from marching near the presidential office, citing traffic and security concerns.

A court says protesters should limit their rally from 1 PM to 5 PM local time. Parallel protests will also be held outside Seoul.
